Trend Scout is a trend monitoring and analytics platform that tracks mentions, sentiment, and trends across various online sources including websites and social media platforms. The Service provides:

• Competitor monitoring
• Analytics and insights
• Notification alerts

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Subscription and Payment

Trend Scout currently offers a single subscription plan with all features included. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees for the service.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your subscription plan.

4.3 Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription fees. You will be notified at least 30 days before any price change takes effect. Continued use after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

4.5 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months or years.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful code or malware

11. Termination
